Attorney Linda Harris of Billings, WY; slacker

The state of Montana presented Linda Harris with a law license in 1978 after she graduated from the University of Wyoming School of Law.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel of Montana (ODC) found Linda guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to adequately communicate with her client
• Failed to keep client informed of status of matter
• Filed motion to withdraw client representation without first notifying her client

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Montana Supreme Court punished Joey by gifting him with a complimentary 1-year suspension of her law license.  

As we speak (ca. June 2023), Linda practices her so-called brand of law at 2722 3^rd Avenue in Billings, Montana.
