Attorney Robert Horsch of Sheboygan, WI; serial drunken convict

The state of Wisconsin presented Robert W. Horsch with a law license in 2003 after he graduated from the University of Wisconsin School of Law.

The Office of Lawyer Registration (OLR) found Bobby guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Engaged in conduct adversely reflecting on fitness to practice
• Engaged in conduct leading to his conviction for the felony offense of OWI 4th (fourth)
• Convicted of misdemeanor Operating While Revoked
• Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Bobby!)
• Failed to report his fourth (4^th) OWI conviction to the Supreme Court

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Wisconsin Supreme Court punished Bobby by gifting him with a complimentary 60-day suspension of his law license and assessed investigative costs of $1,797.03.

As we speak (ca. November 2023), Bobby practices his so-called brand of law at 1942 North 5^th Street in Sheboygan, Wisconsin.
