The state of Wisconsin presented Jacqueline Elise Kalk with a law license in 1973 after he graduated from Harvard University Law School.

Disciplinary Counsel found Pete guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to competently represent client (moron)
• Failed communicate with client
• Engaged in a conflict of interest
• Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Pete!)

As a consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Illinois Supreme Court punished Pete by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
