Attorney Molly McPherson of Coupeville, WA; lying loser

The state of Washington presented Molly M. McPherson with a law license in 1993 after she graduated from the University of Washington Law School.

The Washington State Bar found Molly guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with candor (lied) to trial court judge
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Failed to properly supervise office staff
• Filed court documents under penalty of perjury using a photocopy of her client’s signature without her client’s authorization
• Engaged in a pattern of misconduct

As a consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Washington State Supreme Court punished Molly by gifting her with a complimentary 45-day suspension of her law license.
