Attorney Sara Herr-Waldroup of Spokane, WA; slacker, loser

The State of Washington presented Sara M. Herr-Waldroup with a law license in 2011 after she graduated from Seattle University School of Law.

The Washington State Bar found Sara guilty of engaging in the following misconduct. 

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to communicate with his client
• Failed to expedite client litigation
• Made false statements of material fact to a third person
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty, or misrepresentation
• Failed to file appeal in client’s disability matter
• Made false statements to her client

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Washington Supreme Court punished Sara by gifting her with a complimentary 60-day suspension of her law license. 

As we speak (ca. May 2023), Sara practices her so-called brand of law in Spokane, Washington.
