Attorney Melissa Huelsman of Seattle; ethical dwarf

The State of Washington presented Melissa Ann Huelsman with a law license in 1998 after she graduated from the University of Washington School of Law.

The Washington State Bar found Melissa guilty of engaging in the following misconduct. 

• Failed to maintain check registers for her trust accounts
• Failed to maintain complete client ledgers that for each transaction identified
  Failed to perform client ledger balance following each transaction
• Failed to reconcile her trust account records as often as she received bank statements
• Failed to hold clients’ funds in trust and by disbursing more funds than what the clients had on deposit

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Washington Supreme Court punished Melissa by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand. 

As we speak (ca. December 2022), Melissa practices her so-called brand of law with the Law Offices of Melissa A. Huelsman PS at 705 2^nd Avenue in Seattle, Washington.
