Attorney Monty Booth of Seattle; ethical troll

The state of Washington presented Monty Booth with a law license in 1990 after he graduated from Gonzaga University School of Law.

The Washington State Bar found Monty guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in a conflict of interest
• Shared multiple inappropriate, sexually explicit comments and text messages with his client
• Conduct created a significant risk that his representation of his client would be materially limited by his personal interest

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Washington Supreme Court punished Monty by gifting him with a complimentary 4-month suspension of his law license.  

As we speak (ca. February 2021), Monty practices with Monty J. Booth PS at 5608 17^th Avenue in Seattle, Washington.
