Attorney Gary Glouner Jr. of Seattle, WA; ethical troll

The State of Washington presented Gary D. Glouner Jr. with a law license in 2011 after he graduated from Seattle University School of Law.

The Washington State Bar found Gary guilty of the following misconduct.

• Improperly disbursed funds from estate trust funds to himself and his wife as a loan without following the mandatory rules for engaging in said conduct
• Failed to provide client written accounting after disbursing estate trust funds from his office trust
• Failed to preserve client funds
• Commingled personal funds with client funds
• Acted negligently in failing to understand the conflict of interest he was involved in regarding client trust account funds and his lending same to himself

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Washington Supreme Court punished Gary by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As one would suspect, Gary and his firm fail to mention the misconduct set forth above on his/their self-serving website at www.nwladvocates.com. Apparently, Mikey and his firm decided to conceal this relevant information from prospective clients so that it would not limit their future victim pool.

As we speak (ca. March 2020) Gary practices with Northwest Legal Advocates L.L.C at 1104 Main Street in Vancouver, Washington.
