Attorney Sandra Wilton of Carlsborg, WA; repeat offender

The State of Washington presented Sandra Wilton with a law license in 1993 after she graduated from Gonzaga University School of Law. 

The Washington State Bar found Sandra guilty of the following misconduct.

Sandra’s 1^st bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

• Failed to communicate with clients
• Failed to maintain proper trust account records
• Failed to deposit a client’s advanced funds into trust account
• Failed to keep client informed of status of legal matter
• Failed to promptly comply with client information requests
• Commingled client funds with personal funds

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Washington Supreme Court punished Sandra by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.

Sandra’s 2^nd bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

• Failed to act fairly towards opposing party and counsel
• Violated or attempted to violate the Rules of Professional Conduct, knowingly assisted or induced another to do so, or did so through the acts of another

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Washington Supreme Court punished Sandra by gifting her with a complimentary 6-month suspension of her law license.

As we speak (ca. August 2019), Sandra practices with the Wilton Law Firm Washington in Carlsborg, Washington.
