Attorney Michele Michalek of Vancouver, WA; ethical goblin 

The State of Washington presented Michele Avalon Michalek with a law license in 1990 after she graduated from Gonzaga University School of Law. 

The Washington State Bar found Michele guilty of the following misconduct.

• Violated or attempted to violate the Rules of Professional Conduct, knowingly assisted or induced another to do so, or did so through the acts of another

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Washington Supreme Court punished Michele by gifting her with a complimentary 6-month suspension of her law license.

As we speak (ca. August 2019), Michele practices at 1010 Esther Street in Vancouver, Washington.
