Attorney James Womack of Seattle; cheating loser

The state of Washington presented James M. Womack with a law license in 1992 after he graduated from Gonzaga University School of Law.

The Washington State Bar found Jimmy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in a conflict of interest
• Charged and/or collected an unreasonable fee (cheater)
• Entered into prohibited business transaction with client or knowingly acquiring an ownership, possessory, security, or other pecuniary interest adverse to a client
• Failed to give client opportunity seek advice of independent counsel re: business transaction

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Washington Supreme Court punished Jimmy by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. December 2018), Jimmy practices with The Womack Law Group PLLC at 2101 4^th Avenue in Seattle, Washington.
