Attorney Forrest Dexter of Spokane Valley, WA; lying loser

The state of Washington presented Forrest Leon Dexter with a law license in 1986 after he graduated from Gonzaga University School of Law.

The Washington State Bar found Forrest guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
• Knowingly making a false statement of fact or law to a third person
• Used means that had no substantial purpose other than to embarrass, delay or burden a third person
• During his deposition, told opposing counsel it’s “And as far as having sex with you, forget it. I’m not interested.”
• Knowingly made numerous false statements to opposing counsel

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Washington Supreme Court punished Forrest by gifting him with a complimentary 2-year suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. March 2019), Forrest practices at 5107 South Chapman Road in Spokane Valley, Washington.
