Attorney F. McNamara Jardine of DuPont, WA; ethical goblin

The state of Washington presented F. McNamara Dupont with a law license in 1992 after she graduated from Gonzaga University School of Law.

The Washington State Bar found Jardine guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to disclose potentially exculpatory evidence to the defense in a felony vehicular homicide prosecution

As a consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Washington Supreme Court punished Jardine by gifting her with a complimentary 3-month suspension of her law license
