Attorney Mary Simon of Bremerton, WA; deceitful loser

The state of Washington presented Mary Simon with a law license in 1988 after she graduated from the University of Washington Law School.

The Washington State Bar found Mary guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
• Aided or assisted client in creating sham structure to avoid taxes
• Made several misrepresentations to her client
• Refused to acknowledge wrongful nature of conduct

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Oregon Supreme Court punished Mary by gifting her with a complimentary admonition.
