Attorney Frank Falk of Yakima, WA; thieving loser

The state of Utah presented Frank Joseph Falk with a law license in 1993 after he graduated from the University of Utah Law School.

The Ethics and Discipline Committee of the Utah Supreme Court found Frankie guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Failed to provide competent representation
  • Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
  • Charged an excessive and/or illegal fee (thief)
  • Failed to expedite client litigation
  • Failed to fully cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Frankie!)
  • Violated or attempted to violate the Rules of Professional Conduct, knowingly assisted or induced another to do so, or did so through the acts of another
  • Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
  • Failed to advise client of status of legal matter
  • Failed to prepare client’s case and prepare her to testify
  • Failed to communicate with client
  • Statute of limitations missed due to negligence

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Utah Supreme Court punished Frankie by gifting him with a complimentary 3-year suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. December 2017), Frankie practices with Matheson, Mortensen, Olsen & Jeppson PC at 648 East First Street in Salt Lake City, Utah.
