The state of Washington presented A. Graham Greenlee with a law license in 1968 after he graduated from DePaul University Law School.

 

The Washington State Bar found Graham guilty of the following misconduct.

 

Prior to the following findings of misconduct, Graham received one complimentary suspension and one complimentary reprimand for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

 

Graham’s 3rd bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

  • Failed to attend court-ordered status conference
  • Failed to properly communicate with client regarding settlement offer

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Washington Supreme Court punished Graham by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

 

Graham’s 4th bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

  • Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Graham!)
  • Failed to comply with subpoena to attend deposition
  • Failed to promptly deliver funds owing to client

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Washington Supreme Court punished Graham by gifting him with a complimentary 90-day suspension of his law license.

 

Graham’s 5th bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

  • Engaged in a conflict of interest
  • Improperly had client sign waiver for negligence claims against Graham
  • Failed to advise client to seek independent legal advice re: waive of liability

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Washington Supreme Court punished Graham by gifting him with a complimentary 6-month suspension of his law license.
