Attorney Young Han of Snoqualmie, WA; cheating repeater

 

The state of Washington presented Young Han with a law license in 1997 after he graduated from Seattle University Law School.

 

The Washington State Bar found Young guilty of the following misconduct.

 

Young’s 1st bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

  • Failed to keep adequate trust-account records
  • Failed to maintain client ledgers
  • Failed to timely review bank statements
  • Charged or collect fee in excess of fee agreement (cheater)
  • Failed to properly supervise office staff
  • Failed to provide clients w/accurate settlement statements re: fees received

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Washington Supreme Court punished Young by gifting him with a complimentary 3-year suspension of his law license.

 

Young’s 2nd bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

 

In one matter, Young failed to properly supervise office staff to assure that the conduct of his assistants was in conformance with the Rules of Professional Conduct.

 

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Washington Supreme Court punished Young by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

 

As we speak (ca. October 2015), Young practices with the Law Offices of Young J. Han at 6719 Silent Creek Avenue SE in Snoqualmie, Washington.
