Attorney Tom Youngjohn of Federal Way, WA; ethical elf  

The state of Washington presented Tom Youngjohn with a law license in 1994 after he graduated from Seattle University Law School.

The Washington State Bar found Tommy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in a conflict of interest
• Failed to safeguard client property
• Failed to deposit advance fees in trust account
• Fee agreement failed to fully set forth terms for client
• Improperly withdrew representation w/o permission of Immigration court
• Refused to acknowledge wrongful nature of conduct

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Washington State Supreme Court punished Tommy by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. May 2015), Tommy practices with All America Immigration Service at 1648 South 310 Street in Federal Way, Washington.
