Attorney Charles Gittins of Winchester, VA; ethical leprechaun

The District of Columbia Bar presented Charles W. Gittins with a law license in 1993 after he graduated from William & Mary University Law School.

The U.S. Marine Staff Judge Advocate’s Office found Charlie guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in the prejudicial administration of justice
• Sent offensive email to victim of aggravated sexual battery that was committed by his client
• Failed to act fairly to opposing counsel

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the DC Bar Counsel punished Charlie by gifting him with a complimentary informal admonition.

As we speak (ca. December 2014), Charlie practices with Valley Proteins, Inc. in Winchester, Virginia.
