Attorney Amy Wilson of Fairfax, VA; cheating loser

The state of Illinois presented Amy Lovell Wilson with a law license in 1999 after she graduated from the Illinois Institute of Technology School of Law. Amy also received a license to practice in Virginia in 2004.

FYI: Illinois Institute of Technology is ranked as the 149th best law school in the country out of 202 ABA accredited schools.

The Disciplinary Subcommittee of the Virginia State Bar found Amy guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Neglected client matters
• Failed to communicate properly with clients
• Failed to return unearned fees (cheater)
• Mishandled client funds
• Failed to comply with proper trust accounting practices

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Virginia Supreme Court punished Amy by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. September 2020), Amy practices with Amy L. Wilson PLC at 10623 Jones Street in Fairfax, Virginia.
