Attorney Richard Gates of Chesterfield, VA; bullying loser

The state of Virginia presented Richard Ordway Gates with a law license in 1974 after he graduated from the University of Richmond School of Law.

The Virginia State Bar found Dick guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in disruptive and abusive behavior towards bankruptcy court personnel

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Virginia Bar Disciplinary Board punished Dick by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. April 2019), Dick practices with Gates Law at 10030 Ironbridge Road in Chesterfield, Virginia.
