The state of Virginia presented Elizabeth Ann Mack Callaway with a law license in 1976 after she graduated from Loyola Marymount University of Alabama Law School.

The Virginia State Bar Disciplinary found Bobby guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to provide competent representation (moron)
• Committed a criminal or deliberately wrongful act that reflects adversely on the lawyer’s honesty, trustworthiness or fitness to practice law
• Failed to communicate with clients
• Violated or attempted to the Rules of Professional Conduct, knowingly assist or induce another to do so, or do so through the acts of another

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Virginia Bar Disciplinary Board punished Chris by gifting him with a complimentary 30-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. September 2016), Bobby practices with the Law Office of Robert Gookin at 4926 Van Walbeek Place in Annandale, Virginia.
