Attorney Richard Gadbois of Enosburg Falls, VT; ethical dwarf

The state of Vermont presented Richard Gradbois with a law license in 1968 after he graduated from Boston University Law School.

The Vermont Bar Court found Dick guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in conduct adversely reflecting on fitness to practice law
• Used client secret or confident of client for advantage of another
• Engaged in a conflict of interest

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Bar Court punished Dick by gifting him with a complimentary 3-year suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. March 2014) Dick practices at 3764 State Park Road in Enosburg Falls, Vermont.
