Attorney Kathryn Collard of Salt Lake City; lying loser

The state of Utah presented Kathryn Collard with a law license in 1974 after she graduated from the University of Utah Law School.

The Ethics and Discipline Committee of the Utah Supreme found Kathy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to act fairly to opposing party and counsel
• Untruthful (lied) in statements to others
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Obstructed another party’s access to evidence or unlawfully altered, destroyed or concealed document or other material having potential evidentiary value
• Knowingly disobeyed obligation under the rules of a tribunal
• Made frivolous discovery request

As a consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Utah Supreme Court punished Kathy by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. December 2015), Kathy practices with The Law Firm of Kathryn Collard LC at 4265 South 1400 East in Salt Lake City, Utah.
