Attorney Richard Carnell Sr. of Germantown, TN; ethical elf

The state of Tennessee provided Richard Lee Carnell Sr. with a law license in 1989 after he graduated from the University of Memphis Law School.

The Tennessee Board of Professional Responsibility found Dick guilty of the following misconduct.

• Dick became involved with his client in assisting the client to secret assets.
• Court found did was not a credible witness when testifying about the secreting of the client’s assets

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Tennessee Supreme Court punished Dick by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. October 2014) Dick practices at 1648 Golden Fields Drive in Germantown, Tennessee, which is located in Shelby County.
