Attorney Fred Hanzelik of Chattanooga; ethical dwarf

The state of Georgia presented Fred T. Hanzelik with a law license in 1976 after he graduated from Emory University Law School.

The Georgia State Bar found Fred guilty of the following misconduct.

• Filed to account for funds held in his fiduciary capacity
• Faield to keep client informed of status of legal matter
• Faield to disclose a personal conflict of interest

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Georgia Supreme Court punished Fred by gifting him with a complimentary 30-day suspension of his law license.
