The state of Tennessee presented Johnny Von Dunaway with a law license in 1974 after she graduated from the University of Tennessee Law School.
The Tennessee Board of Professional Responsibility found Johnny guilty of the following misconduct.
In one matter, Johnny found it acceptable to bill his client a contingent fee in a divorce action even though such conduct is prohibited. Put simply, Johnny charged an unreasonable fee for handling an appeal matter in her divorce action.
As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Tennessee Supreme
Court punished Johnny by gifting him with a complimentary censure.
As we speak (ca. March 2013) Johnny practices at 407 East Central Avenue in La Follette, Tennessee.
