Attorney Kent Booher of Harriman, TN; ethical dwarf, liar

The state of Tennessee provided Kent Lowery Booher with a law license in 1985 after he graduated from the University of Tennessee Law School.

The Tennessee Board of Professional Responsibility found Kent guilty of the following misconduct.
  1. Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
  2. Failed to communicate with clients
  3. Failed to expedite litigation
  4. Misrepresented (lied) to Disciplinary Board
Kent failed to act with reasonable diligence in regards to an estate matter. He failed to maintain reasonable communication with his client (victim), and failed to expedite the client’s legal matter. In addition, Kent lied to Disciplinary Counsel that he had filed a draft accounting and proposed order with the probate court.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Tennessee Supreme Court punished Kent by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. November 2012) Kent practices at 819 Trenton Street in Harriman, Tennessee.
