Attorney Nathan Moore of Nashville, TN; moronic slacker

The state of Tennessee presented Nathan Scott Moore with a law license in 2003 after he graduated from George Mason University School of Law.

The Tennessee Board of Professional Responsibility found Nate guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

  • Failed to provide competent representation (moron)
  • Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
  • Failed to terminate representation when required to so act
  • Charged and/or collected an unreasonable fee (cheater)
  • Pursued claims that lacked merit
  • Failed to adequately communicate with his client
  • Failed to expedite client litigation
  • Violated or attempted to violate Rules of Conduct or knowingly assisted or induced another to do so or did so through the acts of another

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Tennessee Supreme Court punished Nate by gifting him with a complimentary 3-month suspension of his law license.

Additionally, Nate was also ordered to make restitution of $7,500.00 to Reginald Minter, $5,400.00 to Judy Rounsaville, and $2,500.00 to Gregory Gatewood.

As we speak (ca. November 2022), Nate practices his so-called brand of law at 2335 Eastland Avenue in Nashville, Tennessee.
