Attorney Grace Gardiner of Knoxville, TN; moronic slacker

The state of Tennessee unfortunately presented Grace Ingrid Gardiner with a law license in 2004 after she graduated from the William Mitchell School of Law.

The Board of Professional Responsibility found Gracie guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

  • Failed to provide competent representation (moron)
  • Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
  • Presented a document to the court bearing forged signature of her client
  • Permitted her name to be signed to a retainer agreement before she met the client
  • Presented an agreed order continuing a hearing bearing the signature of the Chapter 13 Trustee who and not agreed to the continuance
  • Failed to take measures to assure her assistant complied with the Rules of the Bankruptcy Court
  • Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty, or misrepresentation

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Tennessee Supreme Court punished Gracie by gifting her with a complimentary 4-month suspension of her law license.

As we speak (ca. March 2022), Gracie practices her so-called brand of law at 2415 E Magnolia Ave in Knoxville, Tennessee.
