The state of Tennessee presented Edward K. White III with a law license in 1973 after he graduated from Boston College School of Law.

The Tennessee Board of Professional Responsibility found Eddie guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Filed false claim of right to property that lacked any factual or legal basis
