Attorney Margaret Held of Knoxville, TN; ethical troll

The state of Tennessee presented Margaret Held with a law license in 1996 after she graduated from the University of Tennessee School of Law.

The Board of Professional Responsibility found Margie guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Engaged in a conflict of interest
• Failed to communicate with her clients
• Conflict of interest involving Margie’s client and her client’s expert witness

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Tennessee Supreme Court punished Margie by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

And lastly, as one would suspect, Margie fails to mention the misconduct set forth above on her self-serving website at www.heldlawfirm.com. Apparently, she chose to conceal this relevant information for the purpose of not limiting her future victim pool. 

As we speak (ca. May 2021), Margie practices her brand of law at with the Held Law Firm at 1522 Highland Avenue in Knoxville, Tennessee.
