Attorney Andrew Troutman of Knoxville, TN; ethical dwarf

The state of Tennessee provided presented Andrew Craig Troutman with a law license in 1986 after he graduated from the University of Tennessee School of Law.

The Tennessee Board of Professional Responsibility Andy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Settled several asbestos cases without the consent of his client

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Tennessee Supreme Court punished Andy by gifting him with a complimentary 2-month suspension of his law license.  

As we speak (ca. April 2020) Andy practices at 7300 Chapman Highway in Knoxville, Tennessee.
