Attorney Alicia Howard of Memphis, TN; thieving loser

The state of Tennessee provided Alicia Anne Howard with a law license in 1990 after she graduated from George Washington University School of Law.

The Tennessee Board of Professional Responsibility Frankie guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Signed and notarized client’s signature to a petition w/o indicating client’s permission to do so
  • Failed to act fairly to opposing party
  • Submitted fee applications to the AOC (Administrative Office of the Courts) for work she did not perform [crook]
  • Engaged in the illegal practice of law while license suspended
  • Violated or attempt to violate the Rules of Professional Conduct, knowingly assisted or induced another to do so, or did so through the acts of another

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Tennessee Supreme Court punished Alicia by gifting her with a complimentary 6-month suspension of her law license.

As we speak (ca. May 2019) Alicia practices at 2707 Union Avenue in Memphis, Tennessee.
