Attorney Elizabeth Shipley of Cookeville, TN; moronic slacker

The state of Tennessee unfortunately presented Elizabeth Ann Shipley with a law license in 2014 after he graduated from the Nashville School of Law.

The Board of Professional Responsibility found Liz guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to provide competent representation [moron]
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to communicate with client
• Failed to file answer or entry of appearance on client’s behalf
• Negligence led to default judgment being entered against Liz’s client

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Tennessee Supreme Court punished Liz by gifting her with a  complimentary censure.  

As we speak (ca. April 2019), Liz practices at 253 North Jefferson Avenue in Cookeville, Tennessee.
