Attorney Diane Russell of Mayville, TN; ethical gremlin

The state of Tennessee unfortunately presented Russell Kimberly Russell with a law license in 1997 after she graduated from the University of Tennessee School of Law.

The Board of Professional Responsibility found Diane  guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in the illegal practice of law
• Violated or attempted to violate Rules of Conduct or knowingly assisted or induced another to do so, or did so through the acts of another
• Charged and/or collected an excessive fee (cheater)
• Failed to communicate with client

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Tennessee Supreme Court punished Diane by gifting her with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. April 2019), Diane practices at 416 High Street in Maryville, Tennessee.
