Attorney Ronald Wilson of West Memphis; ethical gremlin

The state of Tennessee provided Ronald Carl Wilson with a law license in 1987 after he graduated from the University of Arkansas Law School.

The Tennessee Board of Professional Responsibility found Ronnie guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to return phone call to administrator of decedent’s estate for nearly 2 years
• Refused to refund unearned fees
• Falsely certified service of a motion for extension of time to file summary judgment reply
• Failed to comply with court imposed deadline to file opposing motion

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Tennessee Supreme Court punished Ronnie by gifting him with a complimentary censure. 

As we speak (ca. June 2018) Ronnie practices at 310 West Service Road in West Memphis, Tennessee.
