Attorney John Harrison of Goodlettsville, TN; lying slacker

The state of Tennessee provided John Harrison Lowe with a law license in 1978 after he graduated from the Nashville Law School.

The Tennessee Board of Professional Responsibility Johnny guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonest or misrepresentation
• Failed to place lien on property where client performed mechanical work
• Negligence led to client’s loss of legal right to pursue valid claims
• Repeatedly lied to client he would reimburse him for his losses
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Tennessee Supreme Court punished Johnny by gifting him with a complimentary 1-year suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. March 2018) Johnny practices at 405A Two Mile Pike in Goodlettsville, Tennessee.
