Attorney Murray Wells of Memphis; ethical dwarf

The state of Tennessee provided Murray Bruce Wells with a law license in 2001 after he graduated from the University of Arkansas Law School.

The Tennessee Board of Professional Responsibility Murray guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to properly supervise office staff
• Failed to safeguard client funds
• Failed to provide recompense to insurance underwriter
• Negligence led to theft of escrow trust funds

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Tennessee Supreme Court punished Murray by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. April 2019) Murray practices at 81 Monroe Avenue in Memphis, Tennessee.
