Attorney James Freemon of Lawrenceburg, TN; lying loser

The state of Tennessee provided James Daniel Freemon with a law license in 1977 after he graduated from the University of Memphis Law School.

The Tennessee Board of Professional Responsibility Jimmy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with candor (lied) to tribunal
• Failed to withdraw and/or notify court of false witness testimony
• Violated or attempted to violate Rules of Conduct or knowingly assisted or induced another to do so or did so through the acts of another

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Tennessee Supreme Court punished Jimmy by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. April 2019) Jimmy practices at 327 West Gaines Street in Lawrenceburg, Tennessee.
