Attorney Cynthia Davis of Crossville, TN; Dumbo, slacker

The state of Tennessee provided Cynthia Fields Davis with a law license in 1995 after she graduated from the Nashville School of Law.

The Tennessee Board of Professional Responsibility Cynthia guilty of the following misconduct

• Failed to expedite client litigation
• Failed to provide competent representation (Dumbo) 
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Over 5-months took no action on client’s divorce case
• Failed to advise client of opposing counsel’s motion to dismiss case

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Tennessee Supreme Court punished Cynthia by gifting her with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. April 2019) Cynthia practices at 50 West Avenue in Crossville, Tennessee.
