Attorney Ta Kisha Fitzgerald of Knoxville, TN; ethical gremlin

The state of Tennessee unfortunately presented Ta Kisha Monette Fitzgerald with a law license in 1998 after she graduated from the University of Tennessee Law School.

The Board of Professional Responsibility found Ta Kisha guilty of the following misconduct, all of which took place while she was employed as an Assistant District Attorney.

  • Failed to act fairly towards opposing counsel
  • Violated or attempted to violate Rules of Conduct or knowingly assisted or induced another to do so, or did so through the acts of another
  • Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
  • Failed to make timely disclosures to defense counsel
  • Failed in her responsibilities as a Prosecutor

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Tennessee Supreme Court punished Ta Kisha by gifting her with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. November 2017), Ta Kisha practices at 400 Main Street in Knoxville, Tennessee.
