Attorney S. Brad Dozier of Brentwood, TN; slacker

The state of Tennessee provided S. Brad Dozier with a law license in 2006 after he graduated from the Nashville Law School.

The Tennessee Board of Professional Responsibility found Brad guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to safeguard client property
• Failed to communicate with client
• Failed to deposit unearned fee into trust account

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Tennessee Supreme Court punished Brad by gifting him with a complimentary 30-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. July 2016) Brad practices in Brentwood, Tennessee.
