Attorney P. Robert Philp Jr. of Memphis, TN; Dumbo, slacker

The state of Tennessee provided P. Robert Jr. Philp Jr. with a law license in 2002 after he graduated from California Western University Law School.

The Tennessee Board of Professional Responsibility Bobby guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to provide competent representation (Dumbo) 
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Violated or attempted to violate Rules of Conduct or knowingly assisted or induced another to do so, or did so through the acts of another
• Assumed representation of a medical malpractice action without having adequate experience and adequate resources to competently prosecute the case

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Tennessee Supreme Court punished Bobby by gifting him with a complimentary 1-month suspension of his law license

As we speak (ca. January 2017) Bobby practices at 40 Burton Hills Boulevard in Nashville, Tennessee.
