The state of Tennessee provided William H. Thomas Jr. with a law license in 1973 after he graduated from the University of Alabama Law School.

Terry’s 1^st bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

In one matter, Billy was held in contempt of court by the Chancery Court of Tennessee for the Thirtieth Judicial District at Memphis for violating an injunction order

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Tennessee Supreme Court punished Billy by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

Terry’s 2^nd bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

• Failed to comply with court order (Up yours, said Tommy!)
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Failed to comply with discovery requests
