Attorney Joseph Shelton of Morristown, TN; ethical dwarf

The state of Tennessee presented Joseph Randall Shelton with a law license in 1965 after he graduated from the University of Tennessee Law School.

The Tennessee Board of Professional Responsibility found Joey guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to promptly withdraw representation after being terminated
• Filed lawsuit on behalf of lawyer against three other lawyer’s w/o proper cause in regard to claimed tort

As a consequence of her misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Tennessee Supreme Court punished Joey by gifting him with a complimentary censure.
