The state of Tennessee provided Andrew Nathan Hall with a law license in 1988 after he graduated from the Nashville Law School.

The Tennessee Board of Professional Responsibility found Andy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to provide competent representation (Moron)
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Negligence led to client’s petition for review to be dismissed

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Tennessee Supreme Court punished Andy by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

• Failed to provide competent representation (Moron)
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to expedite litigation

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Tennessee Supreme Court punished Andy by gifting him with a second complimentary censure.
