Attorney John Harding of Hendersonville, TN; ethical gremlin

The state of Tennessee provided John Thompson Harding with a law license in 1996 after he graduated from the Nashville Law School. 

The Tennessee Board of Professional Responsibility found Johnny guilty of the following misconduct.

• Commingled client funds with personal funds
• Engaged in conflict of interest
• Failed to safeguard client funds
• Entered into fee agreement with client seven months after representation began, which he knew was advantageous to him
• Failed to advise client to seek independent counsel prior to signing fee agreement

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Tennessee Supreme Court punished Johnny by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. June 2015) Johnny practices at335 Bonita Parkway in Hendersonville, Tennessee.
