Attorney Eduardo Curry of North Charleston, SC; lying slacker

The State of South Carolina presented Eduardo Kelvin Curry with a law license in 1990 after he graduated from Northern Kentucky University Law School.

Disciplinary Counsel of the South Carolina Supreme Court found Eddie guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to comply with recordkeeping rules
• Made misrepresentation (lied) in ethics matter (Up yours, said Eddie!)
• Commingled client funds with personal funds
• Failed to maintain complete record of client funds
• Failed to respect the rights of third persons

As a consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the South Carolina Supreme punished Eddie by gifting him with a complimentary 30-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. September 2016) Eddie practices with The Curry Law Firm LLC in North Charleston, South Carolina.
