Attorney Paul Foster of RI; cheater, repeat offender

The state of Rhode Island provided Paul L. Foster with a law license in 1998 after he graduated from Boston University School of Law.

The Grievance Committee found Paulie guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Neglected client cases
• Failed to provide clients with accurate, truthful, or responsive answers
• Actually misled one client as to the status of the case
• Failed to provide an accounting to his client
• Failed to refund unearned portion of retainers (cheater)

As one would suspect, this wasn’t Paulie’s First bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He previously received a complimentary reprimand for engaging in a variety of misconduct, some of which was similar to the misconduct set forth above.

As a direct consequence of his misconduct the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Rhode Island Supreme Court punished Paulie by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. July 2021), Paulie practices his so-called brand of law with in Rhode Island.
